Founding Partner Guarantee
If your approved properties receive no qualified booking requests during the first 12 months, we will extend your partnership for a further 6 months at no additional cost.
Subject to the properties remaining active, available and compliant with Aframena Stays listing requirements. This is a partnership extension, not a guarantee of bookings, sales or investment outcomes.

How does the application process work?
Submit an application with details of your property or portfolio. Our team reviews each submission individually and follows up with next steps.
What does Aframena provide?
Curated presentation, a partner dashboard, Request-to-Book enquiry tools and reporting appropriate to your partnership, plus 1 or 4 complimentary featured placement credits per year depending on tier.
Does Aframena manage bookings?
No. Aframena Stays is a marketing and enquiry platform — owners and operators remain responsible for bookings, payments and guest service.
Are enquiries or bookings guaranteed?
No. Partnership fees do not guarantee enquiries, bookings, sales or investment outcomes. If your approved properties receive no qualified booking requests in the first 12 months, we extend your partnership for a further 6 months at no cost, subject to the properties remaining active, available and compliant.
What are the fees?
Founding Signature Partnership is $750 per year for up to 2 properties. Portfolio Partnership is $3,000 per year for up to 10 properties, with additional properties at $200 per year each. Portfolios of 20 or more properties are considered on a bespoke basis.
What does 0% commission mean?
Aframena charges 0% commission on accommodation revenue. Your annual partnership fee is the only cost — payments, final pricing and booking terms are handled directly between you and your guests.
